Job Responsibilities

  • Perform desktop, printing and related support.
  • 1st/2nd level support and resolution, including technical issues involving desktop clients and hardware issues.
  • Provide technical service to end users, troubleshooting issues related to laptops and printers
  • Manage Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office Applications, network connectivity, printer mapping etc.
  • Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Outlook.
  • Manage desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC qualification in Computing or similar
  • Advantageous to possess relevant experience
  • Advantageous to possess knowledge in computer systems & network environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focused personality.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive learning attitude.
