Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cloud infrastructure management, ensuring platform stability and reliability while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Perform operations following internal corporate processes, including incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management. Oversee software updates, deployment, and the setup/maintenance of core systems.
- Handle and resolve major and minor system failures, restore services, analyze root causes of incidents, and implement improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Provide 24/7 on-call technical support and business hours (5×8) support.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Candidates with relevant experience in cloud operations and Linux system administration are preferred.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong proficiency in Linux system administration. Familiarity with tools such as containers, Kubernetes, and Ansible is required. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell, etc.); experience with Go/C/C++ development is preferred.
- Strong documentation habits, ensuring timely updates to workflow and technical documents as required.
- Excellent service mindset, communication skills, learning ability, and proactiveness.
