- Able to assist with recruiting store staff Responsible for providing training and performance evaluations for front sales area staff
- Capable of assisting the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for front-line staff Coordinate with the Middle and Back Area Leaders in the daily store operations
- Skilled in people development, providing training, and evaluating employee performance
- Capable of managing VCM (Vendor Contract Management), including VCM evaluations
- Able to manage store products, including product expiration dates, damages, etc.
- Skilled in handling anti-theft measures, store cleanliness, and customer service
- Experienced in analyzing and evaluating product sales (SKU), planning product needs, etc.
- Experience in assisting with new store openings
- Willing to work across cities and adapt to working within flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English, plus point if proficient in Mandarin
Job Responsibilities:

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree , Assist the Store Manager in managing the administration and work systems for the front sales area
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the work systems of all front area staff
- Willing to be assigned outside of home location Tasked with managing, organizing, and evaluating VCM (Vendor Contract Management)
- Able to assist with recruiting store staff Responsible for providing training and performance evaluations for front sales area staff
- Capable of assisting the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for front-line staff Coordinate with the Middle and Back Area Leaders in the daily store operations
