Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, support and service new and existing venue clients including site visits; production meetings; scheduling coordination; reviewing processes for event activations and requirements; resolution of issues and the provision of professional event related advice etc
- Implementation and management of Sales Operations initiatives (related but not limited to events and venue bookings) including the identification, coordination and follow-up on Sales /Venue related operational requirements
- Provide support to the Sales team including market/industry research, gathering of feedback, event observation and review and the preparation of any reports and presentations as required etc
- Support department in the execution of value-added initiatives and enhancements as well as any special /major projects and tasks as required by Sports Hub
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma /Degree
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently
- Proficient in office software applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- While fresh graduates are welcome, preference is given to candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience
- For senior position, minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales for a venue or related events industries.
