Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage, support and service new and existing venue clients including site visits; production meetings; scheduling coordination; reviewing processes for event activations and requirements; resolution of issues and the provision of professional event related advice etc
  2. Implementation and management of Sales Operations initiatives (related but not limited to events and venue bookings) including the identification, coordination and follow-up on Sales /Venue related operational requirements
  3. Provide support to the Sales team including market/industry research, gathering of feedback, event observation and review and the preparation of any reports and presentations as required etc
  4. Support department in the execution of value-added initiatives and enhancements as well as any special /major projects and tasks as required by Sports Hub

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma /Degree
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently
  • Proficient in office software applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • While fresh graduates are welcome, preference is given to candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • For senior position, minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales for a venue or related events industries.
