Reception:a) Manage the reception counter and keep the reception area tidy,organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies to create aprofessional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.b) Receive visitors (including parents, students, teachers, vendors, etc.)and provide customer service support to them in a professional andprompt manner.c) Manage incoming calls, screen and redirect calls to the relevantpersonnel or taking messages and scheduling appointments tofacilitate effective communication between school personnel andstakeholders.d) Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier deliveriesto ensure timely correspondence.Supporting the Sick Bay:a) Attend to unwell or injured students who are brought to the sick bay ina prompt and caring manner.Other Administrative Support:a) Perform data entry, records keeping and photocopying documents.b) Provide basic administrative support to school leaders.c) Assist the curricular and co-curricular departments by sorting andpacking teaching materials or leaflets etc.d) Perform any other duties as assigned by the school.Requirement:Skills:
Preferably be proficient in spoken English and able to speak 1 or more
additional languages - Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.Experiences:
Preferably possess 3 years of working experiences as a receptionist or in
customer service. Relevant previous working experiences in a school
setting will be advantageous.
Personal Qualities:Preferably display a well-mannered, friendly and approachable
demeanour.
Preferably possesses good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Duration / Working hours:1 year contract (With Option to extend another year) 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
