Reporting to: Senior Project ManagerPOSITION SUMMARYThis role will lead and oversee strategic supply chain projects within the APAC region, focusing on cost efficiency, operational improvements, and process optimization. The individual will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that initiatives align with efficiency, sustainability, and business performance objectives.This position will focus on continuous improvement, operational enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives within logistics, procurement, and distribution networks, ensuring measurable business impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject & Process Improvement ManagementLead and manage high-impact strategic projects within supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
Oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure successful execution of initiatives within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regulatory compliance, finance, procurement, IT, and logistics to achieve business goals.
Apply advanced project management methodologies for structured and efficient execution.
Identify resource gaps and implement solutions to address them.
Manage project risks and interdependencies, balancing priorities and trade-offs.
Provide timely project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Mentor and coach team members to build expertise in project management and operational excellence.Continuous Improvement & Cost ReductionLead cost optimization initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Facilitate training and implementation of Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping techniques.
Develop training materials and process improvement frameworks to drive operational excellence.KEY RELATIONSHIPS / INTERFACESThis role requires engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, including:Internal: Supply Chain, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams.
External: Distributors, logistics providers, third-party vendors, and business partners.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II) will be advantageous but not compulsory.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and business process improvement, preferably within regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand/supply planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESResults-oriented and self-driven.
