Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional groups including members of Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure that company initiatives and projects are executed on time and as expected
  • Assist the Principal Program Manager when it comes to tracking and managing tasks, allocating resources, identifying blockers and risks, and maintaining compliance in assigned areas while maintaining a holistic view of the company’s entire book of business
  • Improve processes and manage the flow of updates and communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Act as a liaison between development and other internal groups
  • Ensure the product development teams have what they need to be successful and represent the Product and Engineering teams to other business units
  • Manage projects and initiatives as needed
  • Schedule and lead sprint planning, reviews, and standups, not to mention being comfortable working in different time zones

Minimum Requirements/background

  • Excellent writing and communication skills with upper management and executives
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
  • 3+ years of technical program/project management experience
  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Any of the following certifications a plus: PMP, PgMP, CSM
  • Experience with JIRA ticketing and workflow systems or similar project management tools
  • Extremely organized and a great negotiator
  • Proven conflict management skills and can handle pressure

Preferred Requirements/background

  • Experience with managing AI / LLM projects
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech industry
  • Familiarity with online fraud tactics
  • Data management and analytics experience
  • Technical consulting and client management experience
