GoldPhield is exclusively recruiting a Regional QHSE Manager for a global MNC in industrial automation. This role is responsible for overseeing quality and EHS standards across the region, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement QHSE management systems to meet internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Lead internal, external, and customer audit activities.
- Ensure regional teams consistently follow all QHSE processes and standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment with effective HSE protocols across the region.
- Promote and deliver HSE training throughout the organization.
- Lead sustainability initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in QHSE management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes.
- Professional certifications such as QMS (Quality Management System), CQM (Certified Quality Manager), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), or CQS (Certified Quality Supervisor/Systems) are required
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
