Job DescriptionDisciplinary Case Management * Support the management of disciplinary cases, including support for BOI, SRE/SE and whistleblowing, by conducting investigations, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3-6 years of working experience in human resource functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous and independent
