  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage company’s day to day operation and administrative work, including external and internal audits, tax compliance of company and managed funds.

• Thought partner to enhance company’s data and analytical capabilities, landscape and platform.

• Manage and review relationships with the firm’s service providers – custodian, banker, brokers, fund administrator, auditors, legal counsel, corporate secretary, accountant etc.

• Prepare regular reports and filings to regulatory bodies.

• Risk management, compliance & regulatory support – FATCA/CRS/MAS/CIMA.

• Daily trade and cash reconciliation, follow up on settlement issues if required.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibility given by Management.

Requirements

• Possess strong integrity and ethical conduct.

• Highly motivated individual, intellectually curious with growth mindset, passion for learning, detail driven and hard working.

• University graduate with strong in analytical skills and STEM major.

• Able to work autonomously as well as in teams.

• Able to use AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency a plus. Programming skills preferred.

• Have a strong interest in investment and financial industry.

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
