Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (B2B)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join our Client's team, focusing on regional sales strategy development for AV products in a B2B setting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth, develop strategic sales initiatives, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Proactively engage clients through networking, cold calling, government portals and social media
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain a CRM database to track sales activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and support
- Plan and participate in industry exhibitions and dealer engagement programs
- Execute periodic email marketing campaigns and develop case studies
- Source & Initiate dealer engagement programs to strengthen partnerships
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, fairs, and industry events to expand brand presence
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets with accurate forecasting
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in regional sales and marketing
- Strong background in B2B sales within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of AV products is preferred but not required
Budget: $4500/month
