The role requires strong project management skills, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.Key tasks for the intern:
1) Monthly Performance Reporting - Track and analyze the performance of existing partnerships across APEC.
2) Development Support - Assist in the planning and execution of upcoming partnership initiatives.
3) Competitive Landscape Analysis - Conduct research to assess industry trends and competitive positioning.
4) Go-To-Market (GTM) Support - Assist in launch planning, operational coordination, and execution of marketing activation strategies.JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESYou should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed, and eager to build a career in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Strong ethical values and professionalism
- Creative, driven, and inquisitive mindset
- Resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage available resources effectively
- Proficiency in IT software, hardware, and digital media (a plus)
- Excellent command of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative and multicultural environment across various departments-including corporate teams and hotels
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and timely information flow across the organization
- Undergraduate in brand marketing, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies
- Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass
- Prepared to commit to a six months' internship
- Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program
- Korean and English written and oral proficiency
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
