- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering required.
- Minimum 9 to 10 years of relevant work experience in M&A, financial advisory, debt advisory, infrastructure / project finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance or securitization.
- Proven track record of successful financial closings, including experience with international / regional financial sponsors, corporates and government entities.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks, logical reasoning and strong quantitative / analytical skills. Proven ability to deliver in a fast paced and result oriented environment.
- Strong interdisciplinary skills covering financing, tax, accounting, financial modelling, due diligence, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work within a multi-disciplined team setting, while retaining accountability for results.
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite and any additional local language will be viewed favourably.
