We are seeking a skilledProgram Manager (Release Management)with a strong IT background and expertise in IT Service Level Management (SLM) and ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in process reviews, change management, and IT project deliverables, ensuring timelines and governance frameworks are met. This role requires close collaboration with Project Managers and IT stakeholders to align business continuity and resilience objectives with IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuity planning for IT services to facilitate business continuity and resilience strategies.
  • Align and govern IT resilience frameworks within Technology Services and the broader organization.
  • Conduct technology resilience assessments, including resilient design, operational and service management processes, technical architecture, data resilience, and testing activities.
  • Implement IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) principles, processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead resilience assurance requirements for cloud services against established resilience standards.
  • Support regulatory notifications in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Drive delivery and adoption of resilience objectives as part of theCloud Governance Transformation Programme, enhancing resilience planning in alignment with severe scenarios and business service requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve contingency planning strategies and ensure alignment across architecture and resilience frameworks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • IT Background:Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including SLM and ITIL frameworks.
  • Process Review Experience:Hands-on experience with ITIL pillars such as change management, request review, and end-to-end ITIL processes.
  • Project Involvement:Experience in managing project deliverables and ensuring timelines align with business needs (not as a Project Manager).
  • Resilience & Continuity Management:Knowledge of IT service continuity management, resilience planning, and business continuity strategies.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Awareness:Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in IT service governance.
  • Stakeholder Management:Ability to effectively engage with Project Managers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to drive resilience objectives.
  • Minimum 7 years of experiencein IT service management, process governance, and resilience planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
