We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition programs to attract and recruit talents for the company.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for job posting.
  • Utilise various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Extend offers and manage offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Regular updates and reporting to the Business Units on recruitment status.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience, specialising in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role in recruiting
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • 1 year contract with possibility of extension
