HR Talent Acquisition (1 year contract)
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Manage Talent Acquisition programs to attract and recruit talents for the company.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for job posting.
- Utilise various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Extend offers and manage offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Regular updates and reporting to the Business Units on recruitment status.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience, specialising in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role in recruiting
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- 1 year contract with possibility of extension
