  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Support preparation of, review and analyse statistical reports and data
  • Create new and optimise existing data dashboards
  • Automate data collection processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and following best practices in data management
  • Undertake such other work as may be assigned

Key Skills and Expertise (Core Requirements):

  • Proficiency in Excel: Comfortable with using Excel for data cleaning, analysis (including pivot tables, filters, and basic functions). Proficiency in the use of dashboard / reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, Python or R are an advantage.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualisations to communicate data insights is a plus.
  • Data Entry & Cleaning: Ability to enter, clean, and process data to ensure accuracy.
  • Analytical skills: Understanding of basic statistical analysis methods.
  • Communication: Ability to present data findings in a clear and understandable manner to internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree or diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, with some exposure to data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other related tools are an advantage.
