Be part of the team as a Legal Project Coordinator (LPC) to join the growing Legal Project Management (LPM) team across EMEA. This role will be based in the Singapore office and support the delivery of high-quality legal services through project management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Matter Management: Support the LPM team and lawyers in drafting agendas, creating project plans, monitoring scope and deadlines, and facilitating billing processes.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth matter progress.
  • Technology Implementation: Assist in integrating legal technologies into client matters.
  • Project Ownership: Lead smaller projects and tasks independently.
  • Data Analysis: Manipulate and analyze data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and bespoke software to deliver actionable insights.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to various initiatives within the LPM and Legal Transformation teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in law firms or project management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
