This role involves requirements analysis, technical assessments, project management, solution deployment, and IT operations management for key airport systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external airport stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with internal technical teams and vendors to propose robust solutions with measurable success indicators.
- Project & Change Management: Ensure solutions meet all functional, technical, and business requirements.
- 24/7 Operations Oversight: Manage maintenance, compliance, and system renewals, ensuring uninterrupted airport operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and refine IT and business processes to optimize performance.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Project Management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and Cybersecurity is a plus.
At least two years of experience in related technical domains.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Specific Project: Departure Gate Assignment System
This role includes oversight of the Departure Gate Assignment System, which ensures smooth check-ins, prevents flight delays, and enhances the passenger experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Act as the key liaison between internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely deliverables and SLA compliance.
Infrastructure Support Supervision: Collaborate with L1 & L2 teams to quickly resolve technical issues affecting gate displays.
