Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager

We at Tech Aalto are supporting our client, a global bank bring on board an experienced Senior Private Bankers / Relationship Managers with established portfolios of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, family offices, and high-value private clients. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in relationship management within top-tier financial institutions and possess a strong network of clients.
This role is well-suited for professionals from leading private banks, including those who have taken a career break and are looking to re-enter the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and high-value private clients.
- Provide personalized financial and investment advice tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Acquire and onboard new clients, leveraging an existing network and industry relationships.
- Advise clients on wealth planning, asset management, investment solutions, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including investment advisors, legal, compliance, and product specialists to provide holistic solutions.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met while delivering exceptional client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, financial products, and wealth management strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in private banking or relationship management within leading financial institutions.
- Established portfolio of UHNW clients, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in larger financial institutions and global banks..
- Experience working in boutique private banks or smaller setups with strong client facing expertise and a network of clients.
- Knowledge of multi-asset class investments and alternative investment strategies.
