- Partner with Brand Management Leaders for regular brand marketing communication with the field and hotels.
- Provide support for new hotel openings and conversions, ensuring all marketing efforts are executed on brand.
- Execute effective brand marketing programs to achieve or surpass brand and continent performance goals.
- Manage customer-facing brand communications, ensuring an on-brand communication style.
- Partner with the APEC PR/Communications team and area/field marketing teams to develop and execute brand buzz in APEC.
- Ensure brand partnership activities enhance brand equity and the guest experience.
- Manage and support the continent destination marketing strategy, focusing on key source markets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute promotions/offers that drive KPIs for the continent or market, in partnership with the analytics team for proper tracking and communication.
