Sales Lead-Utilities, Transport and Logistics
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive revenue growth in the Utilities, Transport & Logistics sectors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hunter, adept at securing new logos and closing large multi-year deals. This role involves developing key growth strategies, building client relationships, and achieving annual financial targets.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of large deals, focusing on acquiring new clients. You will engage consultatively with CXOs of target organizations to establish strong relationships. The Sales Lead will secure significant multi-year deals while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams (solutions and delivery) to manage deals through the entire sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, client presentations, pricing, contract negotiation, and closure. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, starting in Singapore, with an eventual focus on Southeast Asia.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have a business degree or an equivalent qualification. At least 12 years of professional sales experience in IT services, specifically in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Expertise in IT systems integration, managed services, or solution selling (not transactional goods), with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in driving large deals (SGD 50M). Strong experience working with System Integrators.
