- Willingness to travel and manage on-call availability.
- Ability to develop, improve, and implement safe and cost-effective vessel management processes.
- Deep knowledge of vessel management regulations.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Independent, organized, and resourceful.
