- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key accounts.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Build a pipeline of prospects and track lead progress to conversion.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through site visits and calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly.
- Report business development activities and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to match candidates with client needs.
- Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
- Preferably holding a CEI Basic Certificate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting sales targets.
