In this role, you’re expected to:
  • Order placement of mutual funds & alternative investments products with fund administrators
  • Transfer instructions placement for Alternative Investment products with fund administrators
  • Perform matching and settlement processing upon receipt of trade confirmations
  • Investigate and resolve settlement and transfer issues
  • Answer queries from Marketing relating to settlement and transfer instructions
  • Assist team to work with Product Mangers, Legal and Fund Administrators for account opening matters
  • accordance with established policies
  • Perform daily and monthly control activities on cash & position reconciliation
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of Banking and Finance
  • Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft skills and Macros
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
