Job Description

  • Preparation and processing of lease documents
  • Track lease documentation status
  • Maintain accurate and timely lease data in SAP
  • Assist with rental billings and managing the Point of Sales system
  • Handle monthly billing of tenant’s gross sales turnover and adjustments of audited/certified sales report
  • Preparation of Tenancy Information for property tax submission and assists with tax queries
  • Providing Tenants sales data and performance
  • Uploading of yearly budget rents in SAP and submission of URA quarterly reports
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time


Key Qualification

  • Preferably with Lease Administration experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate/Property Management
  • Knowledge in SAP an advantage
