AN OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH GROWTH AND WORK ETHIC INDIVIDUALS
You will be expected to have a basic understanding of content creative workflow - script and copy writing, sales, video editing, digital marketing.
We will also look for your past work, evidence of on-the-spot creative thinking, and look for those with a long-term commitment to digital marketing as a career path. We are looking to build you into C-suite level and have a whole team under you within a year or two.

Your general daily duties and expectations are along the lines of:
Market research into trending creatives (tech stack provided)
Monitoring ad metrics - cpm, ctr, cpa/cac/cpp, engagement, ret, roas, etc.
Attending 1-on-1 training sessions to learn all things digital marketing
Self-educate and improve your skillset outside of work
Digital sales and marketing outlook training and planning
Sourcing for content creative assistance - research short form content and website ui/ux improvements
Creating content with a wide range of hooks, styles, and versions daily - includes short-form videos, static ads with captions (within platform needs)
Understand basics of film - narrative, pitch, lighting, colour grading, sound
Publishing across all ad accounts facebook/instagram, youtube/google, and tiktok
Ideate with team on creatives for the week and maintain an efficient workflow
Hit benchmark metrics provided or do what it takes to do so
Source locations, equipment, personnel required
Budget for execution during normal times and seasonal periods
Growing management skills to lead a strong team of creators and soon translators and more editors
Confident with good voice to be on camera and do field work footage capture
Managerial drive to lead a team and be accountable (stand-ups/EOD reports)
Preferably those who have worked in startups, or have had experience already with tangible growth evidence, or those who have a degree in marketing or can show a skillset in this are welcomed.
Requirements:
3-12 years experience are welcome to apply, with salary being both flat and commission based bonuses expected on top performers
Proficient in English
Use of Canva, Capcut, and other editing software
Use of camera or an up-to-date phone for filming - we have equipment
Need to be comfortable filming self
WFH capabilities - microphone, headset, laptop, etc.
