Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in rotating equipment maintenance Join us in supporting our clients in the chemical manufacturing industry, ensuring their plants operate smoothly with cutting-edge technology and advanced engineering control.

What It's Offers

  • Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Company Performance Bonus
  • Work Location: Jurong Island with company transport provided at designated point
  • Direct Maintenance & Repair Background Requiredwith Diploma or Degree relevant certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Supervisea team of mechanical supervisors and contractors inplant maintenance, modifications, and construction activities, ensuring safe and timely execution without operational disruptions.
  • Coordinatewith plant operators and other maintenance teams to execute work safely while upholding plant integrity.
  • Troubleshoot & Investigatemechanical issues instatic and rotating equipment(e.g., heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, blowers) and recommend countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  • Implement Upgrades & Modificationsto plant facilities based on technical specifications and business needs.
  • Train & Developstaff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Respond to Emergenciesand resolve mechanical issues within tight schedules.
  • Ensure Compliancewith ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experiencein mechanical maintenance within theoil, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on expertise instatic & rotating equipment maintenance(e.g., pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, agitators)
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Stronganalytical & problem-solving skillswith the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
