About the Team
Foundry has a large subscriber base of both technology and business influencers and decision makers. Technology companies and agencies alike utilise this reach to market their solutions and connect with these contacts on a global scale. The unique requirements of each client are transferred into campaigns which the Data Services, Campaign Manager is responsible for managing.
About the Role
As the Campaign Manager, you will be the pinnacle for the execution and delivery of our Demand Generation campaigns. You are proactive, curious, and consultative and demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a strong sense of accountability to get the job done and done well.
Please note that this is a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign management of customer demand generation programs.
- Planning and forecasting monthly lead targets and revenue generated.
- Optimization of lead gen campaigns and working with internal stakeholders to understand campaign performance.
- Identifying campaign challenges and working within a team environment to manage and action to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer success teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, addressing concerns related to lead performance, campaign pacing, or delivery issues.
- Become pro-actively involved with the wider data group (lead generation) to understand best practices and troubleshoot ideas where necessary.
- Oversee data governance practices related to lead distribution and client reporting.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (including excel)
- Clear written communication and customer relations skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of data
- Navigate multiple technology platforms and CRM systems including Foundry’s campaign management platform.
- Strong willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong demonstration of critical thinking, initiative and creativity to problem solving
- Ability to navigate through cultural differences when working with international stakeholders
- Prior lead/demand generation online advertising experience
- Experience generating leads through e-mail marketing
- Basic HTML coding
- Background in campaign or account management, marketing and/or communications
