The Job ResponsibilitiesThe key job purpose of this position is to coordinate and optimize all administrative functions of IDMxS, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic planning, and effective management of all the operational matters in IDMxS.He/She is responsible to oversee the full spectrum of grant administration including, Research Grant call, Proposal Submission, Contracts Management, and infrastructure management including facilities/laboratories management and Events Management.He/She would also be the key centre liaison person with the governing board, the Scientific Advisory Board and government funding agencies, other IHLs and any other IDMxS’s research collaborators.He/She is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective governance programmes to ensure adherence to the relevant regulations, policies and ethical standards as required by IDMxS’s funding agency, government and statutory legislators.This role would be an effective partner to the senior management team by contributing to the development of IDMxS’s strategic and operating plans.The role is responsible to build the optimal corporate service organisation structure and allocate the necessary resources to assist IDMxS’s senior leadership in achieving IDMxS’s research goals and ensure long-term success.Experiences RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration, or a related field from a recognized UniversityMinimum ten years of experience in senior managerial or administrative position and a proven record of excellence performanceStrong leadership and teambuilding skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDeep understanding of organization-wide policies, guidelines, and proceduresStrong understanding of research business administration principles and have the financial acumen to engage in strategic planning and organisational development with senior leadershipDynamic individual with proven leadership qualitiesExcellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsValue and excel at working in collaborative environmentAbility to work with people of various levels, expertise and culturesExcellent problem solving skills and analytical skills to drive continuous improvementGood experience in corporate compliance & governanceObservant and high attention to detailsContinuous learning and innovationCommitment to service excellence and focus on value-addingThank you for your interest in applying to this position and we regret that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
