- Manage the development and delivery of data centre projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data centre development, operations, or construction, with a focus on project management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of data centre design, construction, and operations
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the region (up to 20% travel)
- Professional certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED AP
- Experience with data centre Tier certification, Uptime Institute, or equivalent
- Knowledge of critical facilities operations, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
