Product Manager

Job Scope:

Seeking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead product implementation and operations for one of our core corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadproduct strategy, development and executionfor the core corporate functions
• Develop, formalise and drivethe execution of product roadmapsfocusing on long-term sustainability and WOG reusability
• Work closely with business user groupsto gather, analyse and harmonise business requirements
• Work closely with development teamsto translate requirements into actionable product features
• Proactivelyidentify and resolve product-related challenges
• Drivecontinuous product enhancementto ensure operational relevance
• Manage stakeholder expectationsand facilitate cross-functional communication
• Oversee day-to-day product operations and drive performance improvements
• Conduct product trainingto core business users and end users
• Proactively track and provide timely progress updates and management reporting
• The successful candidate shall be aproactive self-starter, comfortable withhands-oninvolvement in driving product roadmaps and day 2 operational needs, and capable ofstrategic and critical thinkingfor long-term product success to align with evolving corporate requirements.

Required Work Experience:

• The successful candidate shall bring relevant experience to the role, including:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in product managementand operational roles, preferably in corporate or enterprise solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teamsin a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Fosteringgood teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Versatilewith the capacity towork effectively amidst ambiguity
• Quick learnerwith the ability to rapidly comprehend and synthesize complex information
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experiencein requirements gathering, user story creation, and product backlog management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
