Castlery is hiring an HR Business Partner to support our Global Retail teams and welcomes retail professionals looking to transition into a corporate role.As we expand our offline retail presence, we are building a network of flagship stores in major metropolitan cities, building on our success in Singapore and Sydney.In this role, you will partner with retail and HR leaders to shape organizational capabilities and workforce strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets.What you'll be doing:Organizational Design: Facilitate organizational design for retail operations at both country and HQ levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the hiring strategy and talent mapping for store managers and operational teams.Workforce Planning: Develop talent strategies and workforce plans for retail teams in Australia, the US, and other markets, including competency models and development planning.Capability Development: Drive initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the retail workforce, collaborating with L&D to design and deliver training programs.Performance Management: Foster a high-performance culture, implementing strategic HR practices and engagement initiatives to drive retail performance.Risk & Compliance Advisor: Work with retail leaders to identify compliance risks, develop guidelines, and create business continuity plans.Collaboration: Partner with the People & Culture team, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D teams.What you'll need:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of store leadership experience, with significant exposure to retail in multiple countries, particularly the US and Australia.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive people related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across cultures.
  • In-depth knowledge of people related practices for retail labor forces in the US and Australia.
