Job Description

  • Identify and source for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Referrals)
  • Screen resumes and manage the candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate volume interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage high-potential candidates through the recruitment funnel and create a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Preparation and organisation of documents (e.g. case studies, resume) and other clerical works
  • Assist in other HR and recruitment-related projects as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
