Executive/Senior Executive, Fans & Community Engagement
Reporting to the Executive Manager, the Executive/Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting the daily operations by efficiently managing facilities bookings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and minimizing scheduling conflicts. This role also involves overseeing regular maintenance, tracking event and operational expenses (OPEX), and monitoring financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Community Facilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations for facilities, ensuring smooth booking processes and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Community Facilities include Hard Courts, Skate Park, Beach Volleyball, Lawn Bowls, Giant Chess, Exercise and Fitness Stations and Kids Playground.
- Co-ordination of calendar and bookings of these Community Facilities.
- Co-ordination of equipment loan for relevant facilities.
- Manage general enquiries and potential patron disputes of community facilities.
- Manage regular maintenance schedules to maintain facilities in optimal condition.
- Monitor community facilities equipment and carry out process of administrative recommendations to carry out any required specialized maintenance and/or servicing and procurement of new equipment.
- Manage community facilities opening and closing hours with facility operations department/partner.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders including logistic partners and vendors.
Finance and administration
- Track and monitor event and operational expenses (OPEX) effectively.
- Support financial tracking and process management to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control for operations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in budgeting and expense tracking, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in facilities management or a similar role is an advantage.
- Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
- Proficiency in MS office application Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant related working experience preferred.
- Prior Events/ Marketing experience is an advantage.
