- Assist in field and laboratory tests
- Develop test protocols
- Compile test data and maintain database
- Conduct analysis and evaluation
- Assist to prepare budgets, reports and papers
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of physics and proficiency in data analytics
- Competent in knowledge of software like MSOffice, Python, and Matlab
- Possess Class 3 driving license (Singapore) and ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Experience working with local industry players and adaptability to field conditions
- Good written and oral communication skills for report writing
