We are supporting a reputable company in recruiting a Sales Manager (Hospitality) to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue across their properties. The role will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and Online Travel Agents (OTAs) to drive consistent business growth.
Responsibilities
- Corporate & B2B Sales: Secure corporate clients for long-term stays, build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Student Accommodation Sales: Collaborate with educational institutions to secure student bookings and develop tailored housing packages.
- Online Travel Agents: Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents to optimize room availability, pricing, and booking strategies.
- Revenue Management: Analyze market trends to drive growth and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Team Collaboration: Align sales strategies with marketing and operations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or recruitment (preferably in hospitality).
- Familiarity with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and their operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Being proficient in Mandarin will be a significant advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
