With a regional remit primarily covering Asia, including key tech hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US, this role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the function. As part of a growing and maturing HR team, you will be at the forefront of solving complex business challenges including looking into succession planning and leadership development, to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. Starting off as an individual contributor position, your role may evolve into a leadership position in the future and oversee a small team as the organisation continues to scale.The suitable individual should bring a minimum of 15+ years of solid HR Business Partnering experience across business transformation and stakeholder management, preferably within high-growth tech environments, web3 or top-tier tech companies.
