- Location:Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided at Designated Points)
- Shift Job:12 Hours, Rotating AM and PM Shifts
- Requirements:Degree Holder from Chemical Engineering related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and Oversee:Guide a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
- Support Process Engineering:Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:Address plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly and recommend effective countermeasures.
- Maintain Equipment Integrity:Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
- Optimize Operations:Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
- Train and Develop:Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background:Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
- Key Attributes:Strong analytical and technical report writing skills, leadership qualities, initiative, drive, commitment, ability to handle pressure, and excellent communication skills.
