The incumbent should be aproactive and motivated individual to lead initiatives in generating and engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate should be strategic, organized, and skilled at building long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and consult with new and existing clients on corporate structuring, incorporation, licensing, accounting, taxation, and related services.
- Actively engage clients to cross-sell the Group's services across eight Asia-Pacific markets.
- Oversee new client onboarding, including lead management, customer due diligence, and KYC compliance.
- Support the Associate Director in developing sales channels and acquiring new leads.
- Establish corporate partnerships through networking events, business meetings, and relationship management.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on new business opportunities as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing direct and indirect B2B sales channels.
- Strong initiative, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
- Strong presentation and writing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Prior experience in corporate services, accounting, taxation, or secretarial services is an advantage.
