Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns while driving measurable impact on the sales pipeline. You should have a strong background in managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns and tying performance metrics directly to key business outcomes, including lead generation, opportunities, and revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design performance marketing strategies that address the unique needs of B2B audiences in the blockchain and crypto industries.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target and engage high-value accounts.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Strategically manage and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to drive qualified leads and achieve performance KPIs.
- Continuously refine targeting, ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Work with designers and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with revenue goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and maintain dashboards that integrate data from Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics and other tools to provide a comprehensive view of campaign performance.
- Regularly report on the impact of paid media campaigns on pipeline metrics, such as cost per lead, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay informed on digital advertising trends and blockchain industry developments.
- Test and implement new advertising techniques, tools, and platforms to gain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B audiences
- Ability to deliver well thought out campaign plans / proposals - leveraging past experience and tools such Google Keyword Planner, GA, etc.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, familiarity with ABM tools to conduct company and contacts research
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience tying marketing performance to pipeline and revenue metrics
- Experience in the blockchain or technology sectors is a plus
- Bilingual (Chinese/English), with strong communication and collaboration skills
