About The Team

You will collaborate with a cross-functional, highly capable team of designers, product managers, and engineers to analyze seller behaviors and identify opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Collaborate closely with our seller services team to conceptualize and design B2B products that address specific market needs
- Refine visual designs, UI/UX prototypes, and product specifications with a clear focus on enhancing user experience and client satisfaction
- Engage in design thinking processes to solve complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our products
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and emerging industries to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant
- 0-3 years (junior) or 3-5+ years(senior) of internet design work experience
- Experience in B2B project design or relevant internship/work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong logical thinking skills and ability to solve complex design challenges
- Interest in and awareness of emerging industries and technologies
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (conversant) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from China
