You will assist the Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group’s team of financial professionals to provide clear strategic guidance to the SBUs as well as ensure optimal financial health for the Group through implementing strong financial practices, guidelines and adequate controls. To be successful in this role, you shou

ld possess:• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or re

lated field• Minimum 20 years experience in accounting in the manufacturing sector, with at least 10 years in a manageri

al capacity• Extensive experience in financial management, with a proven track record of supporting strategic financial

leadership• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-ma

king skills• Strong command of the English and Chinese language is a must as you will be required to work closely with our China co

unterparts.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance s

takeholders• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and pr

esentations• Able to lead the finance team and work with other departments to implement applications and/or improv

e processes• Experience working in China will be

a huge plus
