ALG is hiring a Project Executive for our client, one of the world’s largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for aircraft engines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead low complexity projects
  • Supports team in higher complexity projects
  • Review project deadlines and budget with Program manager and other team members.
  • Coordinating payments to subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintaining and updating 3P Tool; to manage Project efficiently in line with OPM and meeting Audit Requirements
  • Assist on project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress
  • Assist to analyse performance data to establish performance metrics
  • Able to identify and develop risk mitigations
  • To support Continuous Improvement initiatives to the function to improve the standards of Project Management and the role of the function in supporting the Department

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, alternatively, Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3-5 year experience.
  • Aviation/Aerospace experience preferred.
  • MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, PowerBI)
  • Accreditation with a Project Management Body (e.g. PMI and/or APM) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Component Repair processes will be a plus.
  • Experience in implementing technology projects will be a bonus.
