Role Summary
We are looking for a Vice President, Products & Listings to lead our dynamic and high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic engagement with issuers, leadership of our Products & Listings team, and oversight of listing operations. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to shape the digital exchange's listings business and contribute to its growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with issuers to understand their business requirements, create listing opportunities, and deliver pitches to drive business growth.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of listing rules, listing policies & procedures, and exchange rules.
- Prepare and review transactional documents for listing, ensuring compliance with listing rules, exchange rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing issuers, potential issuers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Products & Listings team, providing guidance and development opportunities to team members.
- Develop and manage the team’s resources and workflows to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide guidance on listing-related matters to internal stakeholders and issuers.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute business development strategies for listing products.
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics, or any other related discipline preferred.
- Strategic thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and navigate regulatory environments.
- Analytical thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Accountability: Strong sense of accountability with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in guiding high-performing teams and developing talent.
