We are seeking a ROV team to join a support vessel to carry out inspections on 20 x platforms, duration minimum 60 days or more. location Brunei available 1-2 weeks

The ROV Pilot is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and associated systems to support subsea operations such as inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in offshore environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate ROVs to conduct underwater tasks
  • Technical Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair ROV hydraulic, and mechanical systems. (electrical system will be beneficial)
  • Data Collection and Reporting
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Work closely with other team members

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • IMCA ROV certification.
  • Experience with Work Class and Observation Class ROVs and with offshore platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems, electronics, hydraulics, and maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Valid offshore medical and survival certificates (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, OGUK medical, etc.).
  • Medical certification and covid vaccination
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to HSE policies.

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to work under pressure in challenging offshore environments.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
