What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services, Taxation work, GST, Payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
  • Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
  • Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes
  • Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
  • Review junior consultants’ work for accuracy and reasonableness
  • Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
  • Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory datelines
  • Manage client relationships

What we're looking for

  • At least a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
  • Able to multi-task, well organized and a good team player
  • Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
