- Cancellations Modifications: Handle ticket cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and rescheduling requests efficiently.
- Customer Assistance: Provide customers with information on ticket availability, pricing, policies, and schedules.
- Coordination with Airlines/Providers: Communicate with airlines, travel agencies, and service providers for booking confirmations and updates.
- Payment Processing: Manage payments, issue invoices, and ensure secure transactions.
