- Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress
- Liaise with schools, government authorities, and other stakeholders to align project objectives. Address user feedback and resolve issues to improve service delivery.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and relevant authority guidelines. Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Prepare proposals and funding submissions for project approval. Work closely with the Superintending Officer and stakeholders to refine project scopes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project Management roles, preferably within the Facilities Management industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and billing systems like SAP.
- Diploma/Degree or higher in Business, Built Environment, or Project Management
