Lead, coach and motivate BMW Sales Consultants to achieve BMW’s principal targets and company budget including achieving the sales volume monthly, quarterly and yearly, achieving volume for specific BMW models dictated by principal, achieving customer satisfaction Index set, mystery shop results, achieving the budget and profit set by the company.
- Strategize branding positions of BMW in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Plan product line-up and unique selling points (USP) for all BMW models.
- Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within the Sales Department.
- Review and enhance showrooms to improve the retail experience.
- Plan and recruit manpower requirements.
- Set pricing, promotions, and plans to increase both sales volumes and contributions.
- Monitor and coach to ensure Financing, Insurance, and Trade-In penetration targets are met.
- Ascertain, review, and implement sales incentives and commissions for Sales Consultants.
- Benchmark and improve BMW Sales CSI and mystery shopping target scores set by the principal.
- Strategize and monitor sales and contributions' progress to meet fiscal year targets.
- Manage stock inventory and improve stock turnover.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, analyze and recommend strategies to counteract and improve sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve selling skills and customer service.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
- Experience in managing teams and resources.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Proficiency in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
