Contract until end of Dec, 0900-1800, Mon-Fri

HR Operations

  • Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external inquiries directed to the HR Operations Team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key HR Operations in-scope services, offering guidance in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and instructions received in the HR services inbox, case management platform or through the HR self-service portal, and via other communication channels.
  • Raise concerns or delays affecting the resolution of transactional activities while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to support and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Administer the Electronic Signature Book assignment
  • Handle daily card transmission and the printing of staff cards.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Adhere to SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned).

Compliance

  • Handle claims for government-paid leave.
  • Liaising with statutory agencies and governing bodies on the Government Surveys and Reporting.
  • Respond to ex-employees Reference Check.

Comp & Ben Administration

  • Oversee the staff referral payout process.
  • Manage Spot Award
  • Administer Long Service Awards by preparing a list of recipients annually to ensure timely distribution of the chosen awards and organizing the yearly award ceremony.
  • Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
