HR Operations
- Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external inquiries directed to the HR Operations Team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on key HR Operations in-scope services, offering guidance in assigned area of responsibility.
- Monitor and respond to messages and instructions received in the HR services inbox, case management platform or through the HR self-service portal, and via other communication channels.
- Raise concerns or delays affecting the resolution of transactional activities while keeping stakeholders updated.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to support and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Administer the Electronic Signature Book assignment
- Handle daily card transmission and the printing of staff cards.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Adhere to SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned).
Compliance
- Handle claims for government-paid leave.
- Liaising with statutory agencies and governing bodies on the Government Surveys and Reporting.
- Respond to ex-employees Reference Check.
Comp & Ben Administration
- Oversee the staff referral payout process.
- Manage Spot Award
- Administer Long Service Awards by preparing a list of recipients annually to ensure timely distribution of the chosen awards and organizing the yearly award ceremony.
- Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
